- The promoter is Think Wink Pty Ltd (ABN 59 640 766 310), Level 13/60 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW.
- The Promotion commences on 10/08/23 at 7.00am (AEST) and closes at 7.00pm (AEST) on 10/08/23.
- Entry is open to delegates attending the 2023 Australian Loyalty Association Loyalty Conference at the RACV Royal Pines Resort on Thursday 10 August 2023.
- To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period.
- Scan the QR code or visit thinkwink.com.au/spintowin
- Follow the prompts and input the requested details; and then
- Spin the digital wheel to reveal which instant prize has been won.
Each entrant will be notified instantly online of their instant prize and will receive their Digital Prepaid Mastercard via SMS within 24 hours.
- There are a total of three hundred (300) instant win prizes to be won. Instant win prizes to be won during the Promotional Period are as follows:

- Winners of a Digital Prepaid Mastercard will have their prize sent via SMS within 24 hours. Upon receiving a Digital Prepaid Mastercard, individuals must download and activate the card within 7 days. Upon activation, the Digital Prepaid Mastercard will be valid for 90 days.

- All valid entries go in the draw to win a free promotional campaign for their business.
- A random draw of all entries will take place at 4.00pm (AEST) on 11/10/23 where the first entry drawn will be deemed the winner of a free promotional campaign for their business.
- The cost of rewards, incentives and other requirements such as permits, production and printing are not included as part of the free promotional campaign.
- The free promotional campaign must be redeemed by 31/10/23.
- The winner of the free promotional campaign will be contacted via email or phone within one week of the draw and their name will be printed in an email communication sent by Wink.
- The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry.
- Only one entry per delegate is permitted and multiple entries will be deemed ineligible for both instant win prizes and the chance to win a free promotional campaign.
- Winners are responsible for ensuring that all details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided be incorrect.
- The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.
- Prize/s and all elements of prize/s must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. If for any reason the winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share the prize.
- If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, your entry (or at the Promoter’s discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter’s satisfaction the validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
- The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
- If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this Competition or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
- Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
- Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of the prize.
- Each eligible entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter’s database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and both its privacy policy and Wink’s privacy policy.
- The Promoter’s privacy policy contains information about how each eligible entrant may access, update and seek correction of the personal information the Promoter holds about them and how the entrant may complain about any potential breach by the Promoter of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose each eligible entrants’ personal information to third parties, including its contractors and agents, to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the relevant State and Territory departments as required under the relevant trade promotion legislation. If an entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they will be ineligible to enter or claim the Prize in the Promotion.
